I was only planing to add the shorter tv shows but I thought why not all. You gave me really good suggestions.
So, with Game Of Thrones Season 4 coming to an end (not really yet, but time flies), what do you want to watch next?
Keep in mind, if Tv show with multiple seasons wins, then I do 1st season, and then come back to GOT 5, and then continue with the TV show. And of course, continuing with GOT season 5 is also an option.
I will leave the poll for 10 days, and whatever tv show wins, we do :) I think it will be fair.
PS I REALLY want to watch Peaky Blinders, but it has a lot of seasons and episodes, so I think I might do this TV Show once we finish GOT if we all agree on it.
Sorry if I haven't added all your suggestions, but we have a lot of time to watch them all eventually :)

2024-10-16 20:38:10 +0000 UTC11 Seasons, but I understand your point. It may not be the most feasible option at this time. My personal opinion is that The Walking Dead was one of the best shows ever for the first 4 or 5 seasons, still very good for a couple more, but then faded out a bit the last 4 seasons or so. If I ever went and rewatched them, I don't think I'd go further than the conclusion of the Savior/Alexandria conflict. In terms of the schedule, there are ways to help with that. Maybe not with TWD but with anything that has a lot of episodes or will take a lot of time. One way would be to do reactions to more than 1 episode at a time, such as squeezing in 3 episodes per reaction or something like that. It's up to her and what people vote on. There are plenty of good alternative choices as well.

I'd watch it with Katy and once we would finish an episode she would go to bed. As she left, she'd say, "Don't watch any more episodes!" because she would want to watch it again with me the next night. She would go to bed... and I will leave it up to you all to guess what I did next.

I say this because season 7 only had 7 episodes and seaosn 8 only has 6 episodes. I think for fans of game of thrones and people subscribed to you becasue of it. It would really be best to do it that way to get game of thrones over with. Since those last two seaosns are SHORT short.

But when you talk about the most influential shows, that changed TV forever, The Sopranos is always top of that list. I haven’t heard anyone mention BG in that conversation. Also, The Sopranos is even more popular now than before, and has found its way to younger audiences. And despite it taking place within the Mafia world, which few of us know about in real life, many people can also relate to it because of the themes in it, such as family, relationships, mental health, etc. I don’t know if it’s the same with BG. That’s why I think Dasha should react to it ASAP.

There are weeks when I can watch more than one episode for sure , but there are also some when I can’t. I want to keep the consistency and do not received disappointment comments of why there is only one episode this week, so right now my heart is set on only posting 1 episode at the time

The Sapranos and Peaky Blinders are both crime dramas dealing with the mob/gangster style. I think it could get repetitive if these are the two shows going back and forth after game of thrones. I think its important to always have variety. Which is why I'm suggesting after game of thrones season 8 wraps up. To do another poll for the show watch in between seasons of sapranos. I hope this makes sense and you consider that perspective?

Would Dasha be willing to maybe watch one of these one season shows after game of thrones is done after season 8? before she starts Peaky blinders if that is the plan by then? some of these shows on this list are HUGE with 20 episodes per season especially sopranos and Battlestar if they win this poll. Maybe we can watch one or two single seasons shows off the list after game of thrones? maybe fallout or last of us since they have been all the crave in the reaction space recently. Just a cool idea if Dasha reads this.

Another 1 season (although soon to be 2) show that would be awesome is Arcane. An animated show so it may be less popular but it's really good.

So i think it makes the most sense to either watch season 1 of PB or one of the single season shows (Last of us, Fallout, or Squid game). Then Peaky Blinders after Game of Thrones. But it's a tough choice.. they really are all amazing.

The 2 part pilot mini series in the beginning and the original 4 seasons is all Dasha should watch. Else it will take way more time than it needs to be to watch the show.

She can speed it along by putting 2 or 3 episodes in a single reaction to avoid the trap you mentioned.

One season of sopranos for example will take Dasha almost a quarter of the year to get through with how long the seasons are. With the upload schedule. I feel like Dasha can hopefully find a balance knowing her schedule. One big show and a couple small shows at a time. However, what ever happens im here for. Not a single bad show on this list. Will be fun to watch, Just thinking logistically a bit.

S2 and S3 were okay, but definitely a show worthy of being on a list. 💪 It's a very masculine show. Lots of fighting, lots of jacked dudes. Very badass.

My girl and I just finished "Roseanne" last year. Great sitcom from the 90s. Also, we are halfway through "Little House on the Prairie". That is a 1970s show about the late 1800s in the USA. Very wholesome and traditional.

It is made by the same people, and stars the same actors, but it is a separate show entirely. It's still decent, but not as good as Hill House.

Cassie from Popcorn in Bed is watching this now on her Channel, and she's easier to scare than you are. If she can do it... I believe in you. 😉 While it has scares, it is a very good show. The show itself started in 2004. I say this because therr is the classic 70s show you don't want to get confused with. The new show is a reboot so you don't have to watch thr classic.

2024-10-14 03:31:37 +0000 UTCIt may have to wait until next Halloween, but I stand by watching a Haunting of Hill House on Netflix. It's such a good show. Despite being very creepy, it's also very slow paced, heavy on great dialogue, has a great story, and incredible acting. Theo in particular has a scene that FLOORS you in the later episodes. I'm a pretty stoic guy, but that scene challenges me. Of what you listed... I love the Expanse, but know that it starts a bit slow and takes awhile to drag you in. Once the show has you, its addicting. Therefore, just doing 1 season might subtract from it's impact. It's something I'd recommend watching all the way through. Because of that, I picked the Last of Us. It's not as good as the Expanse, but it has some hard hitting episodes (particularly Episode 1) that make for a great reaction. I'm not picky on Dasha reactions. Whatever is chosen, I'm sure I'll be entertained.
