And I loved how excited you got when you realized who the cameo was at the end. :)

Anyway, Glass (2019) is the next movie in this two-in-one frnachise, I suppose. It's also the final one, as far as I know.

The grampa vs one is his prime is true, most of the time. But this 50+ yo man is a legend. He still has the speed and power I remember. Everyone in room was afraid to leave because we all remember Iron Mike can end the fight at will. In seconds. Go get a drink from the refrigerator and the fight could be over. In the inital rounds, Mike was popping him, getting through. Toying with him.
But this hyped-up fight turned to be nothing more than a big exhibition. All show.

The fight was boring. Jake Paul needs to stop fighting old grumpy men and get somebody in the ring his size, weight and age and see if he'd win. Mike Tyson at Jake Paul's age would of kicked his ass so hard Jake paul would never want to box again. Either way, they both got pays good monies.

Yes, Glass is the sequel to the first two with the whole cast. You need to see it. I loved your reaction to this. It has always amazed me what people will do to cope with tragic situations in their lives. I hope Casey tells the police about her uncle or introduces him to the Beast.

It was what I expected. I saw a Twitter/X poll in which like 90% of people picked Tyson to win. That seemed crazy to me. A 58 year old vs a 27 year old? That's a grandpa vs a man in his prime. Paul is a decent boxer, but no where near what Tyson ever was. However, time waits for no man, and at 58 this just appeared like a money-grab to me... which I think is exactly what it turned out to be. I'm tired of Jake Paul fighting over the hill people. He should only fight people within 10 years of his age moving forward. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for it. Tonight is the UFC though, and co-headliner Michael Chandler is fighting and I know him in real life. We went to the same High School. That fight will be much more fun to watch.

No, I enjoy boxing and have boxed myself, but I don't care for these kind of prefab fights. What was your take on it, Michael?

Off topic. Did anyone watch that Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson debacle?

Just an awesome reaction! I'm so glad you watched this, and yes, you absolutely must do Glass next, the last of the Unbreakable / Split/Glass trilogy. They are some of M. Night shyamalan's best work, and as a guy who has written a lot of superhero stories, they are some of my favorite movies. The acting in these three films by Bruce Willis, James McAvoy, and Samuel L. Jackson is just brilliant. Please don't wait too long to do the third movie. But Dasha, 8:00 a.m.? Yikes. Three days a week I have to be up at 4:00 a.m., and I would like to think that between the two of us, at least one of us is getting regular sleep...đ

Really hoping you watch "Glass" which is the last movie in the Unbreakable Saga!
Couple of cool facts about this film for you Dasha:
1. Inspiration for the film, real life multiple personality Billy Milligan who was charged with three rapes, was the first person diagnosed with multiple personality disorder to use an insanity defense by reason of that disorder, and also first to be acquitted thus. Milligan had 24 personalities, consisting of 10 Desirable and 13 undesirable people.
2.Joaquin Phoenix was originally suppose to play the main character but couldnt reach a contract agreement on it.
3. In Kevin's final scene, as the camera tilts up the stairs, the music playing is the beginning of the theme to Unbreakable (2000). As the scene switches to the diner, where Bruce Willis makes an uncredited appearance as David Dunn, the iconic theme of his character from that movie is heard. Not only does this reveal that Unbreakable (2000) and this film occur in the same cinematic universe, it also hints that Kevin may not just be a madman: if David Dunn is considered to be a real-life superhero, this would make Kevin transforming into 'The Beast', a supervillain.
Dasha, you really should watch "Glass" (2019) to find out how this will all conclude!
