When this show came out there was a board game based on this show. Basically the goal of the game is to get the crew safely to the final destination. Usually you need 5-6 people to play. Before the game starts though, each person is handed out roles, human or cylon, and no one knows each others role. The number of cylons can vary depending on how many people are playing but usually 1-3 if I remember right. While the humans are trying to survive the cylons are trying to secretly destroy the ship. I've never seen so many people getting paranoid and accusing others of being a cylon. If you can convince enough people that someone is a cylon then everybody can vote to kill that person which means that person is out of the game. Yeah....my best friend convinced everybody else to kill me saying that I'm a cylon. Every time I said "I'm not a cylon, I'm human" they refused to believe me. After I died I showed my card proving I was human. At the end of the game, the cylons won and my best friend showed that he was a cylon the whole time.

2024-11-18 00:53:02 +0000 UTCAh, the old BSG gut punch. The show is full of those "Oh shit!" moments, and we love it for that. Thomas mentioned trying two episodes per week; I don't know if that's doable, but it'd be awesome. BSG came along before streaming services changed the way TV is made, so it has more episodes than the modern Netflix series.

As for GOT being a 'slow burn' as Thats MR. Baldamort says, he's not lying. A few years ago I succumbed to the peer pressure to watch it. I only made it 5 episodes before I gave up from boredom. I have been patiently waiting for you to finish it, to see what Sundays would be, and BAM! Cylon Sundays!! Haha

Unlike Game of thrones, this is not a slow burn show, it throws you into survival of the human race from the start. Intense adrenaline, questions, morals, pushing the human limit. SO GOOD.
