I'm glad you and your sister are sticking with the Muay Thai lessons. It's good to have a disciplined hobby like that. Builds character :D

If that wasn't your intention that's just what is came off as. Lots of people have suggested to her to post 2 episodes a week of her shows. As far as falling behind, I'm sure she is smart enough to know when or what falling behind looks like for channel. She don't need you to tell her she is. So like i said, it felt more of a patronising coment than that of actual concern even if that was your intention.
