You're right Dasha that Joffrey wouldn't have allowed Queen Margery to be interrogated. He probably wouldn't have allowed them to arrest Sir Loras either. He sucked royally but he would have protected himself and his family. And regarding cock merchants (lol) you probably would actually need a specific merchant for that because even if they were magic most people wouldn't want to be in that business.
