About the movie: This one definitely hit hard. On one hand Lucy is an absolute doll with a tragic story. Henry is a great guy with a big heart. These two things together battle against the harsh reality of Lucy's condition, and yet love overcomes. I think that's why it hits so hard. Bad acting or bad writing could have ruined even a plot like this, but Lucy and Henry were written in such a way and acted in such a way that DELIVERS. You can't help but feel gut punched by the movie yet also have your heart warmed at the same time. I love this movie. It's crazy how writing has fallen off so much these days that even a movie like this doesn't seem like it could be made today.

Finally getting to this. A busy weekend! Dasha, it absolutely is not okay if you end up with just Hugo! You deserve a good man and you have too much to offer to end up alone. Don't give up! Try to meet guys through friends or family. That's my suggestion.

I agree about first dates. I have only had a handful of them (I tend to get in a relationship and stick with it), but they all feel like job interviews. That's why it's so nice if you go on one and you feel instantly at ease with the other person. But unfortunately most of the time you feel like you are walking on eggshells to say and do the right things.
