It’s called “coil whineâ€, and it’s not a malfunction, but a vibration sound that resonates from the coil as the name suggests.
The individual differences are significant, and it’s a symptom that people who don’t encounter it won’t encounter it in their lifetime, so I didn’t think of it.
I thought the CPU cooler was the cause, so I replaced it with a decent cooler, but it was a complete waste of money.
