Elsa's Down Special Move
Added 2015-03-10 19:46:18 +0000 UTC....is Glacial Wall. It doesn't do any damage but it's good at pushing opponents away, especially if they're near the edge. Once production Flash animation is done, I'm going to throw this into After Effects to add some blurs and lighting effects.
